Reruum Pro — Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Reruum Pro is a virtual staging service operated by [LEGAL NAME], a sole proprietor registered in Belgium under enterprise number [ENTERPRISE NUMBER], at [REGISTERED ADDRESS] ("Reruum", "we", "us"). [VAT STATUS].

2. Who can order

Anyone can order Reruum Pro, whether you are a business, such as an estate agent or developer, or a private individual. If you order as a private individual (a consumer), you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a service contract. Because we start work straight away, we ask you at checkout to request that we begin immediately. You can still cancel for a full refund until we start staging (see section 9), but once your staged images are delivered you lose the right to withdraw. Nothing in these terms affects the rights you have by law as a consumer.

3. The service

You send us photos of empty or sparsely furnished rooms. We add virtual furniture and decor, check each image for quality, and deliver listing-ready images through a private download page.

Virtual staging adds furniture and decor only. We aim to leave the room itself, including walls, windows, doors, floors, fixtures and fittings, as it appears in your original photo. We review every image before delivery, but virtual staging is produced with AI tools and may occasionally contain errors. You should check each image before publishing it.

4. Orders, pricing and payment

The price is €9.99 per staged image, shown in full before you pay. Payment is taken in advance by card through Stripe, our payment provider. We do not see or store your card details.

Your order is confirmed when payment succeeds and we send a confirmation email with your order reference and a link to track it. Keep that link: it is how you access your order and downloads, and no account is needed.

We may decline an order, for example if the photos are unsuitable for staging. If we decline an order or a photo after payment, we refund the amount for the photos we cannot stage.

5. Your photos and your rights to them

You must only send photos you have the right to use. By placing an order you confirm that you own the photos, or have permission from the photographer and property owner to have them edited and published.

You keep all rights in your original photos. You give us a limited licence to store, process and edit them only to provide the service to you. We do not use your photos or staged images for marketing, portfolios or training AI models without your written permission.

Please do not send photos showing people, personal documents, or other private information. If such details appear, we may decline the photo.

6. Delivery, revisions and downloads

We aim to deliver staged images within 24 hours of payment. This is a target, not a guarantee.

When your images are ready we email you a link to a private download page. Each room comes as the staged image and your unedited original.

If a staged image needs changing, use Request a change beside it on the download page and tell us what to fix. Reasonable revisions to correct errors or placement are included. We email you when the new version is ready. A request for a completely different style or a different room is a new order.

Download links stay live for 30 days from delivery. Please save your images before then. After that, we may delete them as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Using staged images responsibly

Staged images show furniture that is not in the property. You are responsible for how you publish them, and for following the advertising rules and portal policies that apply to you.

In particular, you agree to:

• label staged images clearly as virtually staged wherever they are published;
• not use staged images to hide or misrepresent defects, damage, or the condition, size or features of a property;
• check each image before publishing, and ask us to correct anything that misrepresents the room.

We recommend publishing the unedited original alongside each staged image.

8. Ownership and licence of staged images

Once you have paid, you may use the staged images you ordered for any lawful purpose connected with marketing the property, including listings, brochures, websites and social media, for as long as you need.

You may not resell the staged images as a staging service of your own.

9. Cancellations and refunds

You can cancel an order for a full refund until we start staging it. Email contact@reruum.com with your order reference.

Once staging has started, orders cannot be cancelled. If a delivered image has an error we cannot fix through revisions, we will refund that image.

Refunds go back to the card used for payment, normally within 5 to 10 working days depending on your bank.

10. Liability

Our total liability to you for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost sales, lost commission, or delays to a property sale or letting.

You are responsible for claims arising from photos you did not have the right to send us, or from how you publish staged images.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or gross negligence.

If you are a consumer, nothing in this section limits your statutory rights.

11. Suspension

We may refuse or stop service if an order breaks these terms, for example photos you do not have rights to, or staging used to misrepresent a property. If we stop work on a paid order for this reason, we will tell you why.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order. The current version and its effective date are always on reruum.com.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of [COURT DISTRICT], Belgium, unless the law requires otherwise.

If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws and courts of the country where you live.

If something goes wrong, please email contact@reruum.com first. Most problems can be fixed quickly.
