What we collect

We do not receive your card details. Stripe processes them directly.
Legal bases
We use your data to perform our contract with you, to meet legal obligations such as accounting and tax records, and for our legitimate interests in running a secure, reliable service.

We use these providers to run the service. Each processes data only on our instructions.

Some of these providers are based in, or process data in, the United States. Where data leaves the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
We do not sell your data or use your photos to train AI models.
How long we keep it
Download links expire 30 days after delivery. Original and staged photos are deleted 30 days after that.
Order and payment records are kept for as long as Belgian accounting and tax law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to receive a copy in a portable format. Email contact@reruum.com and we will reply within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be), or to the data protection authority where you live or work, such as Ireland's Data Protection Commission.
