Terms of service
What Reruum is
Reruum lets you upload a photo of your room and a few style reference images, and generates a photorealistic AI redesign of that room. Redesigns are illustrative visualisations only — not architectural, engineering, or professional interior-design advice.
Who we are
Reruum is an independent service operated by a sole trader based in Belgium. Contact: contact@reruum.com.
Your account
Keep your login details secure and your account information accurate. You must be at least 18 to purchase credits. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
Credits and payment
Credits are sold in packs (€5 for 5, €15 for 20, €35 for 50) via Stripe. One credit is consumed per generation. Credits never expire and are non-transferable. If a generation fails, its credit is automatically returned to your balance. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. Prices may change, but changes never affect credits you already own.
Your content
Your photos stay yours. To produce your redesign, Reruum needs permission to store your images and run them through its processing pipeline — that's the only thing this licence covers, and it ends when you delete your content. Please upload only photos you have the right to use, and avoid images containing identifiable people. The redesigns Reruum generates are yours to use.
Acceptable use
Don't use Reruum for anything unlawful, don't attempt to access other users' data or disrupt the service, and don't resell access.
Availability
Reruum is provided "as is". We work to keep it reliable but can't guarantee uninterrupted service, and we may update features over time.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited — your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
Ending things
You can stop using Reruum at any time and request account deletion by emailing contact@reruum.com. We may close accounts that breach these terms; refunds for unused credits are handled per the Refund policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. If you're a consumer in the EU, you keep any mandatory protections of your home country.
Changes
We'll post updates to these terms here with a new "last updated" date, and flag material changes on the site.

Privacy policy
Who's responsible
Reruum (sole trader, Belgium) — contact@reruum.com.
What we collect
Your account details (email, name; your password is stored hashed by our authentication provider). The room and style photos you upload and the redesigns generated from them. Purchase records via Stripe — we never see your full card number. Messages you send us. Basic server logs (IP address, timestamps) kept for security.
Why
To provide the service you signed up for (contract), and to keep the service secure and prevent abuse (legitimate interests).
Who processes it for us
A short list of specialist providers handle parts of the service on our behalf — accounts and storage, payments, hosting, and the AI infrastructure that produces your redesign.
Service providers we use
- Supabase — accounts, database, and private image storage, hosted in the EU.
- Stripe — payments.
- Specialist AI infrastructure providers (OpenAI, Anthropic) — process images as part of Reruum's redesign pipeline; under their API terms this data is not used to train their models.
- Railway — hosting.
How your images are stored
Uploads and redesigns are stored privately and are only accessible from your account.
Retention
We keep your data while your account is active. Email us to delete your account and its content; some payment records must be retained as required by law.
Cookies and tracking
No advertising or analytics tracking. We use only what's strictly necessary to keep you signed in.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your data, and object to certain processing — email contact@reruum.com. You can also complain to your data protection authority — for Belgium, the Belgian Data Protection Authority (APD/GBA).
Children
Reruum is not directed at children under 16.
Section three
Refund policy
Failed generations
If a generation fails, its credit is automatically returned to your balance — no need to ask.
Unused credits
Refundable on request within 14 days of purchase. Email contact@reruum.com from your account email; we'll refund to your original payment method via Stripe.
Used credits
Credits already spent on generations are non-refundable.
Something wrong?
If you were charged but credits didn't arrive, or anything else misfired, email contact@reruum.com and we'll sort it out.
